チャットをクリアする。
権限
chatex.allowchat- チャットを打つことができる権限です。デフォルトでこの権限は付与されています。chatex.chat.global- グローバルサーバーまたはクロスサーバーでチャットをするのに必要な権限です。chatex.chat.color- チャットでカラーコードを使用することができる権限です。chatex.antispam.bypass- スパム判定を回避することができる権限です。chatex.bypassads- 広告判定を回避することができる権限です。chatex.notifyad- プレーヤーが広告を出そうとしたときにメッセージを送る必要がある権限です。chatex.notifyupdate- サーバー参加時に、このプラグインのアップデート情報を受け取ることができる権限です。chatex.clear- チャットをクリアすることができる権限です。chatex.reload- ChatExプラグインをリロードすることができる権限です。

Enabled: falseconfigファイルでは、ChatEx自動アップデートチェック,バンジーコードの設定,広告ブロックなどの設定を行えます。
AntiSpamのSecondの値は10人~40人規模のサーバーでは1でよいと思います。この設定はチャットを打った後の待機時間の設定です。
